Professor Jeanne Frenzel, PharmD., PhD., BCSCP, in NDSU School of Pharmacy, has received the American College of Clinical Pharmacy certificate in the ACCP Leadership and Management Certificate Program.

“On behalf of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, please accept my sincere thanks for the outstanding contribution, hard work, and dedication that Dr. Frenzel has put toward improving her leadership skills in an effort to ultimately improve the care provided to the patients we serve,” wrote Robert E. Smith, PharmD, in a letter recognizing Frenzel’s achievement.
Participants in the leadership and management program dedicate time participating in live courses, modules, and elective courses for further study in leadership and management. They also develop and complete online portfolios, readings, and are evaluated by one or more mentors.
Frenzel serves as a professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at NDSU; a preceptor in the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience; and Preceptor, Lake Region Healthcare and NDSU PGY1 Residency Program. Her areas of expertise include institutional and outpatient pharmacy, performance-based assessment, scholarship of teaching and learning, and instructional development and assessment in pharmacy education.
