Biographical Sketch
Ryan Christiansen teaches first-year and upper-division creative writing, technical writing, and college composition courses. He has and continues to work in a variety of disciplines, including journalism, technical writing, and creative writing. His current endeavors include being active in the Professional Football Researchers Association, which includes reading and writing about this history of pro football. He is also working on his second novel, a historical fantasy set in Northern Europe during the Viking Age. His first novel, Boy Wanted, was published by North Dakota State University Press in 2015.

Ryan Christiansen received his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2012, where he also earned a Certificate in Publishing at the graduate level in 2010.
