Student Leadership Administrative Support
Position Overview
This position will report to the Assistant Director for Leadership Development and provide support in regards to event planning, student leadership/hall government, and supporting department collaborations.
Tasks/Duties Assigned:
- Providing support for event planning (Welcome Week, Homecoming, departmental events, etc.)
- Assist with updating/archiving the hall pages within myNDSU
- Administrative support with the student leadership plan including but not limited to binders, constitution updates, etc.
- Provide administrative duties in Residence Life including:
- Covering desk hours
- Upholding departmental policies and procedures
- Providing customer service to students and guests
- Perform other duties as assigned which may include projects with other on-campus departments and responsibilities that involve physical demands (lifting tables, moving boxes, etc.).
Requirements:
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- In good standing with the University (academics and conduct)
Hours:
- Position is April 2023 - October 2023, with possible option to continue
- $11/hour
- 10-15 hours/week, hours are flexible to the student's schedule
