Complex Manager Appointments

Click on your complex manager's name to view their calendar and schedule an appointment. We are excited to meet with you!

Check-In Appointments:

After you officially check-in and receive your keys, your next step is to schedule a check-in appointment with your complex manager. To get you acquainted with your apartment and new community, your complex manager will meet with you and introduce you to all the necessary information. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and safe in your apartment, and that starts with your complex manager being your #1 NDSU Apartments resource.

Check-out Appointments:

Apartment Check-Out:

Schedule your check-out appointment at least five days prior to vacating your apartment. Check-out appointments must take place on your established vacating date. Only schedule one appointment if you and your roommate are vacating simultaneously.

     CHECK-OUT TIPS
Please refer to the Apartment License Agreement for administrative check-out policies and the Check-Out List for Apartments for check-out cleaning expectations (we recommend printing it).

  • Make sure you have your keys. Please let us know if you don't.
