The 4th North Dakota Conference on Injury Prevention & Control is being held October 1-2 at the Radisson Hotel in Bismarck. This event is sponsered by the North Dakota Department of Health's division of Injury Prevention and Control.
The theme in October is "Sharing Risk and Protective Factors". NDSU MPH's research associate/lecturer Andrea Huseth-Zosel will be presenting at one of the conference breakout sessions.
During Breakout Session B3: Rural Older Drivers: Are They Getting the Information They Need from their Health Care Provider?, Huseth-Zosel will discuss the overrepresentation of older drivers in motor vehicle crashes and equating driving with mobility and quality of life.
