Audio Books

In order to accommodate students with audio format books in a NDSU classroom, we ensure accessibility by providing necessary resources and support. NDSU establishes a system where students can request audio format versions of their required texts well in advance, allowing ample time for conversion and preparation. NDSU invests in accessible technology such as text-to-speech software, digital audio players, and accessible classroom equipment to enable students can listen to their course materials during lectures and discussions. Additionally, NDSU collaborates with the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources to offer personalized assistance and guidance, ensuring that students utilizing audio format books have equal opportunities to engage in classroom activities and succeed academically.
