Residence Halls
Traditional, Low-rise Residence Halls:
Our low-rise residence halls are available to first-year and upper-division students.

Features: Single-gender occupancy • Most with fully renovated, privatized community bathrooms • Double rooms, with limited triple and single rooms

Suite-style, High-rise Residence Halls:
Our high-rise residence halls are available to first-year and upper-division students.
Cater**| Servrinson| Seim | Thompson
Pavek Hall is undergoing a full renovation and will reopen fall 2025.
Features: Co-residential (male/female) buildings • Suite-style units provide two double rooms connected by a foyer with a shared shower and bathroom space • All have tunnel access to West Dining Center

Apartment-style Residence Halls
Our apartment-style residence halls are available to upper-division students only (non-first-year students, transfer students, graduate students).
Niskanen Hall | Mathew Living Learning Center
Features: Co-residential (male/female) buildings • Air-conditioned • Fully furnished • Apartment-style units with kitchens, living rooms, and private bathrooms
Options include: Four-bedroom/one-bathroom, two-bedroom/two-bathroom, two-bedroom/one-bathroom and studio
Apartments
Apartment 1701, Bison Court, Niskanen Expansion, University Village
NDSU apartments are available to upper-division students only (non-first-year students, transfer students, graduate students).
